Utilizing the most effective treatment techniques to get you back to feeling your best.
Manual Therapy
Various manual techniques may be used in your care, including soft tissue mobilization, joint manipulation, myofascial release, and therapeutic cupping.
Dry Needling
Dry needling is an effective technique to address myofascial trigger points. The technique is performed by inserting a small filiform needle into the skin and underlying muscle to decrease muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduce pain. Dry needling may also be used to re-educate muscles for improved function.
Corrective Exercise
You will be instructed in specifically tailored exercises to address your unique needs. These exercises will change with time as your symptoms improve. You will also be provided with an individualized home exercise program so that you can continue to progress in between sessions.
